This Agreement applies to your use of the site at www.pesa.net.in or any information,materials, images, content, data, files, links, software, messages, communications related to the site and any purchases you make on Site. As a customer I agree that I am buying PESA training programme whatever the cost of their product is and I agree that if I refer to other people I will get referral commission. PESA may amend their terms and conditions from time to time. In the event of any changes to the present Agreement, the new terms will be available to view on Site, and you may also be notified by email.You agree that you are 18 years old and are eligible and legal to bind with our agreement.
Customer also agrees to receive information via SMS, email & phone call. This includes voice broadcasting, offers, discounts and general information.
Company ownsthe trademarks, copyrights and other rights such as services available on the site, material accessible on the site, its content etc. Any person found copying content unless authorised in this agreement shall be terminatedimmediately without prior notice. A limited licence will be granted to use our site and services. This licence does not include the right to copy any information that company prohibits.
You agree that all materials, format, software, meetings, site, commissions, fees, profit, sales, customer’s personal details and services marked confidential will remain confidential whether verbal or in written format. Any person to breach the terms and conditions policy will be prosecuted.
Content and Service
You may only use the site which is allocated to you, you will not abuse the site or amend or modify any information. You will not use company emails for personal use. All materials are password protected you will be sole responsible of maintaining your password. Should your password be compromised at any point you must inform the company immediately.
